So, here I am, finally fixing a bug I had with the drop-down menus on the re-development/re-design of my website.
Thinking to myself "awesome, it's working!"

Only to load it in internet explorer, and it's screwed.

Me not knowing all that much about CSS and DIV's, I am a little stuck on how to fix it.

Yesser... Easy fix on the styling for the drop down menu, add the following CSS property....

zindex:9999;
