I've come into work today, despite my broken leg, because we're bloody busy, and help is needed, and also the work computer has some major problems.

It's infected with a shitload of Malware, Adware, and Spyware.
And also a few "Fake Adware" that tells you you have an infection, just to get you to download their software.
There's around 300 infections, bad I know.

I don't get any of this sort of shit on my personal computer at home, and I go to shitloads of "dangerous" websites all the time, downloading cracks and whatnot.

I use Norton System Works for my Virus Protection, and Ad-Aware for my Adware/Spyware protection, both at home, and here in the office.

Unfortunately I can't seem to remove the worst of the infections, it's a pain in the ass, and I'm getting complaints left right and center from my mum (my boss). As the "IT Manager" here, I'm meant to be able to fix all of this shit, and I'm unable to.

If anyone is more clued into these sort of issues, and is able to give some help or advice on how to fix these problems, and know of better programs to use, that are sure to fix these problems, the help would be greatly appreciated.

Please help! Hehe.

Thanks,
Nate.

Well first off I hate Norton. Programs I recommend are either NOD32 or Kaspersky you can "purchase" these, however I do not recommend piracy on the work computer so this is what you can do for that download AVG or Avast.

Now as for the removal of those troublesome bitches this will be done in three steps.
1.Locate them using Norton (The file location *C:\WIndows|...*) and download this tool Eraser and locate them and delete them.
2.Now for part two of the removal download Spybot S&D scan and delete everything.
3. Only use this tool for things that you know are viruses it shows all processes so removing things that are not viruses will damage your computer. HijackThis now scan and locate any viruses that are running in your processes.
4. I know I said there was only 3 parts but I lied now just scan your computer using the anti-virus program of your choice and see if your computer is virus free. If so restart your computer. If not download another anti-virus tool and remove the remaining viruses.
